At Molten, we stand by the quality of our sports equipment and offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Whether it is a basketball, volleyball, or soccer ball, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your game.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused equipment in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
